You will operate a step van or light box truck on a dedicated, highly repetitive route, executing rapid drops of fragile baked goods. Early Morning Route Operations

• Pre-Dawn Dispatch: Start your shift between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM at the commercial bakery hub. You will audit your loaded truck to ensure all specialized bread racks and bakery trays are secure.
• Key-Drop Deliveries: Execute highly trusted deliveries. You will frequently be provided with security keys to access local cafes and grocery stores before they open, dropping off fresh inventory completely independently.
• Fragile Freight Handling: Specialized deliveries require care. You must ensure delicate pastries and fresh, warm bakery boxes are transported securely without crushing or spilling during transit.
• Stale Inventory Management: Part of your daily route involves removing yesterday's unsold bread products from grocery store shelves and replacing them with the fresh daily delivery, ensuring quality control.
