Deliver the Heavyweights with Amazon AMXL
Not every Amazon order fits in a small padded envelope. When customers order big-screen TVs, patio furniture, and home appliances, they rely on the Amazon AMXL network. We are seeking highly capable logistics professionals to join our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team as an Amazon AMXL Box Truck Delivery Driver. Operating a 16-foot to 24-foot box truck, you will work alongside a dedicated Delivery Helper to execute heavy, two-person team lifts. If you want to maximize your earning potential and prefer a slower, more deliberate pace over the frantic rush of delivering 200 tiny packages, upgrading to the AMXL box truck division is the definitive career move.
Amazon Box Truck Operations
- Team Logistics: Work in perfect synchronization with your Delivery Helper. You will utilize appliance dollies, forearm forklifts, and heavy-duty straps to safely maneuver oversized freight up driveways and into customer homes.
- Room of Choice Delivery: Execute premium, "white-glove" service. You are not just dropping boxes on the porch; you are frequently crossing the threshold to deliver items into the customer's room of choice, requiring extreme care to avoid property damage.
- Advanced Telematics & Liftgates: Safely operate a large commercial box truck equipped with Netradyne safety technology and heavy-duty hydraulic liftgates, maintaining perfect speed compliance and safety protocols.
The AMXL Payoff
Box Truck Drivers are the heavy-haul elite of the DSP fleet. You will receive fully paid, comprehensive commercial driving and ergonomic lift training to obtain your DOT certification. Enjoy premium hourly pay (significantly higher than standard van drivers), robust health benefits, 401(k) matching, and immediate PTO accrual.

Must be at least 21 years of age. You must possess a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and the ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
