Execute Critical Environmental Safety

Hospitals, dental clinics, and local pharmacies rely on specialized logistics to safely remove and dispose of hazardous medical waste. As a Medical Waste Route Driver, you are on the front lines of environmental and public health. You will operate a highly regulated commercial box truck, executing a dedicated daily route to collect sealed biohazard containers and sharps bins. This is a highly stable, deeply respected route driver position that requires intense adherence to safety protocols, specialized DOT training, and a professional demeanor.

The Secure Route Operations

• Hazardous Logistics Execution: Navigate a daily, scheduled route picking up sealed red biohazard bags, sharps containers, and pharmaceutical waste from medical facilities.
• Compliance & Custody: Operate under strict OSHA and DOT regulations. You must meticulously scan, weigh, and digitally manifest every single container to ensure a flawless, federally compliant chain of custody from the clinic to the destruction facility.
• Safety Protocols: Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Ensure your commercial vehicle is properly placarded and that all hazardous freight is securely strapped and locked during transit to prevent spills.

Requirements

Must be 21+ years old with a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class B is highly preferred, though some routes utilize non-CDL box trucks). You must have an exceptionally clean driving record. A HazMat endorsement (or willingness to obtain one rapidly) is required. You must possess the physical capability to maneuver heavy bins and pass extensive background and drug screenings.
