When customers purchase massive, high-end refrigerators, washing machines, and home theater systems, they expect a flawless delivery experience. As a Best Buy Appliance Delivery Box Truck Driver, you are the final, premium touchpoint for the brand. You will pilot a massive 26-foot commercial box truck, working in tandem with an installation helper, to execute white-glove, room-of-choice deliveries. In this elite role, you combine heavy commercial driving with technical installation skills and top-tier customer hospitality.

Appliance Logistics Operations

• Box Truck Navigation: Safely drive a massive 26-foot commercial straight truck through tight residential neighborhoods, avoiding low-hanging branches and utilizing a spotter to execute flawless reverse maneuvers into driveways.
• Heavy Appliance Handling: Utilize hydraulic liftgates, appliance dollies, and specialized forearm straps to safely unload and transport massive, 200+ pound appliances from the truck bed directly into the customer's kitchen or laundry room.
• Installation & White-Glove Service: You will unbox the appliances, ensure there is zero cosmetic damage, and perform basic installations (e.g., connecting water lines to fridges, venting dryers). You must haul away all trash and old appliances.
• Property Protection: Exercise extreme caution when moving heavy freight through residential homes, laying down floor protection and protecting doorframes to ensure zero property damage.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and extensive, verifiable experience operating 24-to-26-foot box trucks. You must pass a strict DOT physical and maintain a DOT medical card. Exceptional physical strength and the ability to team-lift massive appliances is absolutely mandatory. Basic mechanical aptitude for appliance installation and excellent customer service skills are required.
