As a Cintas Uniform Box Truck Driver (Route Service Sales Representative), you are the cornerstone of this service. You will pilot a massive, custom-racked 20-to-24-foot commercial box truck through a dedicated geographical territory, picking up heavy bins of soiled garments and delivering freshly laundered uniforms. This is one of the most stable, lucrative, and relationship-driven route driving positions available in the B2B sector.

Uniform Routing Operations

• Box Truck Inventory Management: The box truck is designed as a massive mobile warehouse. You will utilize liftgates and hand trucks to accurately load and unload heavy, rolling bins of clean garments and facility supplies (like massive floor mats and restroom products).
• Dedicated Route Execution: Navigate your commercial box truck along a highly structured, repetitive daily route, servicing 30 to 50 commercial customers per day, from small garages to massive corporate manufacturing plants.
• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary face of Cintas. You will build strong rapport with business owners, addressing service concerns and executing digital invoicing on the spot.
• Route Growth & Sales: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional facility services to earn massive commission bonuses on top of your base pay.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old. You need a valid U.S. driver's license with a safe driving record (DOT card required, active experience driving 20+ foot box trucks strongly preferred). Exceptional customer service skills and a highly professional appearance are mandatory. You must be physically capable of maneuvering rolling laundry bins weighing hundreds of pounds via liftgate.
