As a Uniform & Apparel Route Driver (often called a Route Sales Representative), you are the cornerstone of this service. You will manage a dedicated geographical territory, picking up soiled garments and delivering freshly laundered uniforms, floor mats, and facility supplies. Operational Responsibilities

• Dedicated Route Execution: Navigate a company-provided step van along a highly structured, repetitive daily route, servicing 30 to 50 commercial customers per day.
• Inventory Management: Accurately load and unload clean garments, ensuring each employee at the client's business receives their specific, customized uniform order.
• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary face of the company. You will build strong rapport with business owners, addressing service concerns, executing digital invoicing, and resolving inventory discrepancies on the spot.
• Route Growth & Sales: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional facility services (like restroom supplies, hygiene products, or custom logo mats) to your existing route customers to earn commission bonuses.
