Deliver Iconic Brands with PepsiCo
PepsiCo is a global food and beverage leader, home to iconic brands like Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Gatorade, Frito-Lay, and Quaker. Operating a massive Direct-Store-Delivery (DSD) network, we rely on energetic, customer-focused professionals to act as PepsiCo Route Sales Delivery Drivers. In this highly active, frontline role, you are not just dropping off pallets on a loading dock; you are fully merchandising the product inside the stores. You will drive a commercial beverage bay truck, deliver our products to local grocery stores, convenience stores, and gas stations, and actively stock the shelves to ensure our brands dominate the retail space. This is a sales, merchandising, and driving job rolled into one incredible career.
Operational Responsibilities
- Direct-Store-Delivery (DSD): Safely operate a commercial Class A or Class B side-bay beverage truck or tractor-trailer to deliver products to a set, daily route of local retail customers.
- Aggressive Merchandising: This is a high-touch role. You will utilize a hand truck to move heavy cases of beverages into the store. You will then physically stock the coolers, build massive end-cap displays, and organize the store shelves, ensuring all PepsiCo products look immaculate.
- Sales & Account Management: Act as the primary relationship manager for your route. You will collaborate with store managers to secure prime display space, rotate products to ensure freshness, and execute accurate daily invoicing and cash settlement.
- Inventory Protection: Execute the physical labor required to rotate stock, remove damaged or expired goods, and safely manage empty pallets and plastic shells.
Why Drive for PepsiCo?
- Total Financial Stability: Enjoy a highly competitive base salary paired with lucrative route-commission or performance-based incentives. PepsiCo drivers make excellent money while staying in excellent physical shape.
- Home Daily: Say goodbye to long-haul driving. All DSD routes are strictly local, meaning you start your morning early at the local bottling plant and finish your day at home.
- Elite Corporate Benefits: PepsiCo provides unmatched medical, dental, and vision coverage, a robust 401(k) with company match, pension components (in select locations), and incredible career advancement into sales management.
Requirements
Must be 21+ years of age. You must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
