Operational Responsibilities & Daily Execution

• High-Volume Route Mastery: Navigate a densely packed, pre-planned digital route. You will deliver upwards of 100 to 150+ packages daily to a mix of residential neighborhoods and commercial business districts.
• Commercial Vehicle Operation: Safely pilot a FedEx-branded step van, box truck, or cargo van in diverse conditions. You must perform rigorous DOT pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections daily.
• Advanced Scanning & Data Integrity: Utilize proprietary FedEx handheld scanners to track packages at every touchpoint, capture required customer signatures, and manage your electronic manifest flawlessly.
• Extreme Material Handling: Execute the heavy physical demands of the logistics industry. You must possess the athletic stamina to continuously lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 150 pounds (utilizing a hand truck for heavy bulk stops).
