As an Amazon DSP Delivery Van Driver, you work for a local, independent logistics company that partners directly with Amazon to execute the 'last mile' of the supply chain. You will command the iconic blue Amazon-branded van, utilizing the world's most advanced algorithmic routing technology to deliver smiles to hundreds of customers a day. This is a high-tech, highly physical, and fast-paced role perfectly suited for energetic individuals who love working independently outdoors.

Operational Responsibilities

• Tech-Driven Routing: Utilize an Amazon-provided smartphone to navigate heavily optimized, turn-by-turn routes. You will rely on this tech to verify packages, capture delivery photos, and ensure precise drop-off coordinates.
• High-Velocity Fulfillment: Load your van systematically in the morning and execute 150 to 200+ stops a day. You will be constantly in and out of the vehicle, briskly walking to customer doorsteps in all weather conditions.
• Customer Obsession: Act as the physical ambassador of the Amazon brand. You must follow specific customer delivery notes, handle packages with care to prevent damage, and hide parcels securely from potential theft.
• Vehicle Safety: Command your van safely, maintaining perfect compliance with advanced onboard safety telemetry systems (like Netradyne) that monitor speed, following distance, and stop-sign compliance in real-time.

Requirements
