• Ramp & Securement Operations: Master the mechanics of your vehicle. You must expertly deploy rear or side-entry ramps, safely assist the passenger into the cabin, and flawlessly utilize Q-Straint or 4-point tie-down systems to securely anchor the wheelchair to the vehicle chassis before transit.
• Smooth Transit Execution: Capitalize on defensive driving. Passengers in wheelchairs can be highly sensitive to sharp turns or sudden stops; you must execute a remarkably smooth, deliberate driving style to ensure their physical comfort and safety.
• Empathetic Hospitality: Act as a dignified ambassador for accessibility. You must possess immense patience, clear communication skills, and a deeply respectful demeanor, treating every passenger with the dignity they deserve.
