Drive the Hospitality Supply Chain

Major hotels, luxury restaurants, and large-scale hospitals cannot function without a continuous, massive supply of clean linens, towels, and uniforms. As an Industrial Linen Route Driver, you are the critical logistical link for the hospitality sector. You will pilot a large commercial box truck (often requiring a Class B CDL) along a dedicated daily route, picking up massive bins of soiled laundry and delivering perfectly pressed textiles. This is a highly physical, heavy-duty route driver role offering immense job security and robust union or corporate benefits.

Industrial Routing Operations

• Heavy Fleet Operation: Safely pilot a 24-foot to 26-foot commercial box truck equipped with a heavy-duty hydraulic liftgate through tight downtown hotel alleys and hospital loading docks.
• Massive Freight Handling: This is an extremely physical role. You will utilize commercial wheeled laundry carts (often weighing 400+ lbs each) to move massive volumes of wet, soiled linens out of customer basements, and roll heavy carts of clean inventory into their storage rooms.
• Account Auditing: Execute precise digital tracking. You must ensure the exact weight or piece-count of the clean laundry delivered matches the client's invoice, resolving any shortages immediately with the facility managers.
• Route Optimization: Master a specific urban or suburban territory, anticipating dock delays at major hotels and communicating ETA updates to your clients.

Because this role requires a hybrid of commercial driving and grueling physical labor, it commands highly competitive base pay, often supplemented by route-completion bonuses. The schedule is highly stable (typically morning dispatch), guaranteeing you are home every evening.

Requirements

Must be 21+ years old. A valid Commercial Driver's License (Class B or A) is heavily preferred, though some routes utilize non-CDL straight trucks. You must have a pristine driving record. Elite physical strength is an absolute requirement; you must be capable of pushing and pulling massive, wheeled laundry carts weighing hundreds of pounds up and down liftgates. Background check and DOT physical required.
